Well, as convention wound to a close, I had only one more four hour class on Sunday, October 14th, with Judy Wilson of Canton, Georgia. I was excited but nervous about weaving with waxed linen and cotton. Again, sadly, no one finished their basket in the four hours of weaving. It was a totally new experience--one that I grew to thoroughly enjoy as I got comfortable with the material. Judy is a wonderful teacher and what a sense of humor. She actually had her baskets a bit lower in my first attempt to take her picture! I can't wait to get the time to finish my double pinwheel.
